We want you to be completely satisfied with your Nanoleaf lighting setup, which is why we offer a 30-day return window for products purchased directly from our online store. All returned items must be in their original packaging and include all components to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and email address to begin the process.

  Prepare the Package

  Securely pack your Nanoleaf panels, controllers, and power supplies in their original box to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship the Product

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a refund to your original payment method within 7-10 business days.
